I’ve always loved these quick and easy protein balls, so I thought it was time to share! They literally take 5 minutes to make and about 10 minutes with clean up.
I doubled the recipe so we would have extra for our road trip and it made 19 large servings. EXTRA TIP: Store half in the fridge and half in the freezer! If you take them with you for a snack, bring some frozen ones so that they will be dethawed and not melt apart by the time you’re ready to dig in.
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 serving size scoop of protein – add before honey & peanut butter for it to mix easier (I used collagen peptides this time, but any chocolate, vanilla, or peanut butter protein would taste great!)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- OPTIONAL: add in craisins, or almond slices. Substitute peanut butter with PB Fit for extra protein.

Step 1: Add all ingredients into large bowl
Step 2: Lay out wax paper (optional) on cookie sheet, then proceed to make golf-ball-sized protein balls. No need to leave much space between each ball bc they are not being baked.
Step 3: Let cool in fridge for an hour or longer (I left them all day), then pack them in either the freezer or refrigerator.

Let me know what you think!
XOXO, Carly J
Very Cool Idea! Sounds like really GOOD for our bodies 🙂
